It is currently public holiday in the UAE, our workroom are closed. We will re-open on Wednesday.

Processing Time = 3 to 4 working days ( For gold embroidery work please allow additional 2 to 3 days as they are done by hand).

Shipping time can be between 2-5 working days depending in the country you are based.

To calculate the total time to delivery, you would simply add the processing time and the shipping time together.

Taxes & Duties

We ship directly from our store based in UAE.

As a result, some deliveries may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, or import duty on My Little Jubba purchases.

If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there. You are responsible for checking import thresholds or duties for your delivery address before placing an order.

It is also your responsibility to ensure any products you order comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country or region.

We will endeavour to assist you if customs related restrictions or delays arise when you order from us, but we are unable to provide local support.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We begin processing orders very quickly, sometimes within just a few hours, so the opportunity to cancel is quite limited.

  • Before Shipment:
    • Before Material Is Cut: If you cancel your order before work has begun, we will issue a full refund and you will not incur any charges.
    • After Material Is Cut: (12 hours after order is placed) If you cancel your order after work has started, we will issue a partial refund, you will incur a charge of 25% of the total thobe value.
  • After Shipment: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, or if you refuse the shipment, or if DHL is unable to deliver and we must recall the shipment, you will be responsible for paying both the outbound and return shipping fees, including a 25% charge of the total value of the thobe.
