Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Our thobes are tailored in United Arab Emirates.

Is everything on your website custom made?

No, we also offer handmade thobes with pre-set designs and styles that are made on order, including ready accessories, that are available for order.

I just placed an order. Can I change the customisations?

Yes, please let us know within the next working day (UAE Time) as we start making your order as soon as we receive it.

Will you restock sold out items?

Are the thobe dry clean only or can I machine-wash them?

​Most of our thobes can be machine washed on a cold cycle.  All wool products should be dry cleaned.

Do you make Jubba for adults?
