1. Grab a measuring tape

2. Thobe Length: From the shoulder blade to just above the ankles or your preferred length, measure the length.

3. Chest Size: Measure all the way around the chest from the widest point. Ensure no gap between tape measure and chest.

4. Add to your chest measurement either 4, 6 or 8 inches based on your thobe fit.

SLIM FIT > 4 inches

STANDARD FIT > 6 inches

LOOSE FIT > 8 inches

5. Then divide by 2, to get the chest size for the thobe. 

(For custom made, do not divide by 2 or add any gaps)

For Example, if your chest measurement is 40 inches and want a standard fit thobe. 40+6 = 46 inches divide by 2 = 23 inches.

In this case, choose the closest size up, which would be 24" (Large).

The below is specifically for made 2 measure thobes.

4. Arm: Measure from the top of your shoulder blade, down along the outside of your arm, to the knuckle of your thumb. Make sure your arm is relaxed for an accurate measurement.

5. Wrist: Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist, ensuring it's snug but not too tight. There should be no gaps between the tape and your skin.

6. Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder blade across the top of your back to the other shoulder blade. Stand naturally for a precise measurement.

7. Stomach: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your stomach. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground and is neither too loose nor too tight.

8. Neck: Place the tape around the base of your neck where the collar sits. Leave enough room for comfort without making it too tight.

Cancellation of Orders

• Before Shipment:

Before Material Is Cut: If you cancel your order before work has begun, you will receive a full refund without charges.

After Material Is Cut (3 hours after order is placed): If you cancel after work has started, you will incur a charge of 25% of the total thobe value.

24 Hours After Order Placed: If you cancel after 24 Hours of placing your order, you will incur a charge of 50%. All thobes are handmade on order.

• After Shipment: If you cancel after shipment, refuse the shipment, or if DHL is unable to deliver and we must recall the shipment, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping fees, including a 25% charge of the total value of the thobe.

Time Frame and Conditions for Returns

• Return Deadline: Products must be returned within 7 days from the date you received them.
• Condition of Return: The items must be returned in their original state with all tags intact: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free from any odors or stains. If tags have been removed or broken, the items will not be accepted. All items are security tagged to ensure they have not been worn.

Returns must be sent via DHL only.

Sending returns via DHL ensures timely receipt and avoids issues with customs in the UAE. Ensure items are sent back tracked, marked as low value, and clearly stated as 'RETURN TO SELLER'. All items entering the UAE are liable for import duty; items exceeding £5 ($6/€6) in import duty will not be accepted.
